Mandate As part of a one-year replacement, your primary mission will be to ensure the continuity of The Unscented Company brand image and marketing operations. You will act as the guardian of the current strategy, ensuring rigorous execution and close collaboration with the sales team and the eCommerce manager. The objective is to maintain existing gains and streamline growth without reinventing established processes. Responsibilities Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: Strategic Continuity: Maintaining and executing the established marketing plan, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the company’s vision and mission. Brand Asset Management: Ensuring the integrity, updates, and consistent distribution of all visual and textual brand elements (logos, brand guidelines, packaging, image banks) to internal and external partners. Acting as the final checkpoint for the approval of all brand assets. Sales Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for the sales team to provide necessary marketing tools and ensure seamless communication between departments. Operational Rigor: Managing ongoing multi-channel advertising and promotional campaigns with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Budget Management: Closely monitoring the existing marketing budget and optimizing current expenditures. Technical Product Collaboration: Working with our Technical Product Manager to ensure the continuity of the innovation pipeline, the update of product claims, and regulatory compliance. Decision-Making & Approvals: Participating in a weekly touch-base with the CEO to validate operational decisions and project approvals. Performance Analysis: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ROI to ensure that current activities are generating the expected results, adjusting and adapting as needed without deviating from the initial strategy. Workflow Integrity: Maintaining exemplary discipline in approval processes and editorial calendar management to prevent any interruption in the brand’s presence. Profile Demonstrate high rigor and exemplary organizational skills. Strategic Adaptability: Ability to adapt campaigns based on shifting consumer behaviors or economic changes to ensure maximum impact. Collaborative Leadership: Ability to mobilize the internal team and external consultants in a spirit of continuity. Bilingualism: Full professional proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken. Commitment: Strong alignment with ecological and social values (B Corp). Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Marketing concentration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Experience in budget management. Conditions and benefits Duration: 12-month contract replacing a maternity leave. Volunteering: 20 hours of mandatory volunteer work included during working hours.
