We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to support our commercial presence in Canada within Corporate and Agency Sales Channel. In this role, you will represent the LOT brand in the local market, manage key business relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth across various customer segments. The ideal candidate will proactively identify new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships within the travel and corporate sectors, and support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives aligned with LOT’s strategy in Canada. This position requires close cooperation with international teams and active participation in local industry events. Key Responsibilities Represent the company and manage relationships with assigned business partners in the Canadian market. Deliver assigned sales targets and achieve agreed revenue goals. Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities across multiple customer segments. Conduct market analyses, monitor trends, and recommend business actions. Participate in industry events, meetings, and community initiatives to build strong market presence. Support marketing, PR, and sales initiatives that drive brand awareness and commercial performance. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and business updates. Collaborate closely with global departments such as Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Product. Contribute to business proposals and presentations for new partnerships. Maintain strong cooperation with travel managers, agencies, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders. Support administrative duties, account servicing, and internal coordination. Perform additional tasks as required. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline industry, preferably in a commercial role in the passenger segment. Strong understanding of the Canadian travel market, including B2B sales, IATA agents structure, and distribution channels. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, while effectively collaborating with teams across different countries and time zones. Based in Toronto. Advanced knowledge of Excel. As part of the recruitment process, candidates must successfully complete both an SHL assessment and an Excel test. Nice to have Experience working with multinational teams. Strong presentation and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with airline revenue, distribution, or travel industry systems.
