Location 2800 Murray St, Port Moody, British Columbia V3H 1X2 When Starts: Tuesday, March 18, 2025 Ends: Saturday, June 6, 2026 About This Opportunity MOVE FOR SIGHT is an inclusive family‑friendly in‑person event that unites the vision loss community to raise awareness and critical funds for vision research, treatments and education. The morning includes activities for all ages, live music, delicious food and exciting entertainment. Following that, gather with family, friends and colleagues for a meaningful walk that will get us all moving for a brighter future. Responsibilities Registration – help sign in participants, collect fundraising forms and money. Route Marshall – be the cheerleader/encourager while ensuring participants stay along the marked path. Refreshments Monitor – ensure everyone stays hydrated before/after their ‘move’ activity. Activities Zone – games, colouring, yoga, etc – help explain/encourage game play and activities available. Set up / Tear Down – everyone pitches in to get the stations set up before the event officially begins and work together after.
