Join VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. as a VDI Engineer and play a key role in the development and maintenance of the company's virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment. This full‑time position is based in Lavender, part of Singapore's Central Region. As a VDI Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's VDI systems, providing technical support and optimising the infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the business. What you'll be doing Manage and maintain the VDI environment, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security components Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the VDI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance Optimise the VDI environment to improve user experience and resource utilisation Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, deploy, and integrate VDI solutions Implement and maintain VDI‑related policies, procedures, and best practices Provide technical support and training to end‑users on the VDI platform Stay up‑to‑date with the latest VDI technologies and industry trends What we're looking for Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a VDI engineer or a similar role Strong technical expertise in VDI technologies, such as VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft RDS Proficient in managing and troubleshooting virtual infrastructure, storage, networking, and security components Hands‑on experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible, or Python) Understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with on‑premises VDI environments Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Supportive and inclusive work environment Work‑life balance initiatives, including flexible work arrangements Employee wellness programs and discounts About us VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE.
