We’re looking for a Corporate Law Clerk to join our team to enhance our service delivery model for corporate clients on their corporate transactions. This role will work alongside leading legal professionals at the firm. This role can operate as a fully remote opportunity, or hybrid working out of our Ottawa or Toronto offices. This is an existing vacancy. Position Requirements This role will focus on a range of transactional matters for our corporate clients, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions; reviewing minute books and preparing remedial documents as required; participating in and providing support for tax reorganizations and financings; drafting share provisions; effecting director/officer changes; transferring shares; updating and maintaining our legal entity management software; and assisting with other transactional and administrative matters as required. Compensation The range of expected compensation for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 annually. Do you have what we’re looking for?
