Technology/Role/Department at theCompany: Firm-wide Business Process Management Community of Practice (CoP), part of Operations and Compliance Technology area, is looking for a Pega administrator to help maintain and develop multiple Pega applications across the firm. The CoP team provides Business Process Management (BPM) services and tools to the entire firm and is responsible for all aspects of Pega platform support, including design and implementation standards. The development team offers internal consulting services to other technology teams, assisting with BPM platform design and workflow implementations. The Workflow Orchestration area, housing the CoP, also has several teams providing Pega transformation solutions supporting Operations.Responsibilities: As a Pega Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our business-critical applications. You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Pega platform.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field5+ years of experience with Pega BPM2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or similar rolePega Certified Senior System ArchitectExperience with Pega application developmentExperience with Pega system administration, including installation, configuration, and upgradeKnowledge of Linux and shell scriptingKnowledge of writing SQL queriesExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutionsExpertise in various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTPDesired Skills:Well-versed with SDLC, Agile, CI/CD methodologiesHands-on Java experience is an assetExperience with Python is an assetExperience with Git and pull workflow#J-18808-Ljbffr
