We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Percussive Drilling Services team in Red Lake, Ontario. Hourly Wage: $54.43/hr base wage plus up to $50/hr bonus Responsibilities Coordinates and communicate activities and between internal & external clients. Schedule crews and communicate daily project plans. Researches and analyzes development and product life cycles. Acts as the technical and content expert for the project. Analyzes, organizes, monitors and evaluates specified area including financial analysis. Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow. Initiates cost reduction programs, prepares proposals, and articulates product position, key benefits and value proposition. Works with vendors and other third parties. Accountable for the delivery of all technical services. Maintaining optimal short and long term business plans. Scheduling and budgeting as well as exposure to ground control, industrial engineering and improvement projects. Minimum Qualifications Project Management Experience Must have valid Canada Driver’s License Professional Engineer Designation preferred Strong leadership and communication skills are a requirement for this position This is a hands‑on position that requires a decisive individual with a high level of initiative Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience.
