We are currently seeking a Sr. Bilingual Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition team on a 16‑month contract.What Talent Acquisition Contributes To Cardinal Health Talent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third‑party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction.ResponsibilitiesManaging the candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical detailsFacilitate the candidate onboarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredBilingual is a must (French/English)1-3 years of experience in related field, HR experience preferredAdvanced computer skills requiredExperience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, etc.)Experience working with 3rd party background check vendorsStrong written and verbal communications skillsExpectationsEffectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignmentsIn-depth knowledge in technical or specialty areasApplies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independentlyProvides support to modify processes to resolve situationsWorks independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignmentsProvides general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team membersCompensation Anticipated pay range: $50,800 - $67,600.
