We are seeking a talented individual to join our consulting team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Vancouver and is a hybrid role requiring work in the office at least three days a week. As a Senior Health Consultant, you will lead complex client engagements with accountability for revenue and profitability. You will oversee multiple analysts and ensure the delivery of high‑quality work that meets client expectations. This role involves developing sophisticated solutions and generating new business. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
