UI/UX Designer Design • London, ON About the Role Red Rhino is looking for a UI/UX Designer who knows how to turn strategy into intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing digital experiences. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and creatives to design websites, apps, landing pages, and interfaces that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Lead UI/UX design for website and digital product builds Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability audits Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive layouts Design modern, accessible interfaces aligned to brand goals Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing Required Skills & Experience 3–5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web + app design Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design Ability to translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive UX Nice to Have Experience with WordPress design systems Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions Understanding of HTML/CSS (not required, but beneficial) Who You Are A strategic thinker with a strong design eye, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for crafting digital experiences that convert.
