Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Travel Consultant who engages with customers, converts enquiries into bookings, and works toward clear sales targets while earning commission on every sale. What You Will Be Doing Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers — from simple domestic trips to complex international holidays Manage multiple customers and communication channels at once (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environment Use booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, book, and follow up accurately and efficiently What Success Looks Like In This Role You enjoy working toward targets and are motivated by results and commission You are confident asking for the booking and closing the sale You balance great customer experience with delivering results You stay organized, resilient, and positive when things get busy What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel sales Experience using Sabre GDS preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and upselling products or services Strong communication skills and confidence selling in person and over the phone High attention to detail and strong computer skills, with confidence using multiple, complex systems International travel experience High school diploma or higher Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends What You’ll Get In Return Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Clear performance metrics and transparent earning potential Career progression opportunities across Flight Centre’s global brands Industry travel discounts and opportunities to experience the products you sell A performance-driven team environment that celebrates results and development Location Toronto, Canada This posting reflects an active vacancy that we are currently seeking to fill. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $45,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $45,000 - $68,000.
