Our client, a global Technology Services Professional Services Organization, is seeking a seasoned Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) delivery organization. The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation, supporting the delivery of secure, scalable identity solutions across diverse client environments. This role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills capable of bridging business needs and technical execution. Essential Job Functions · Serve as a technical point of contact for the integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. · Perform application onboarding using built-in and custom connectors for both connected and disconnected provisioning scenarios. · Develop, implement, and support workflows and rules using Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL within IAM platforms. · Design and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to manage enterprise access control. · Engage in requirements gathering, use case development, and integration testing. · Lead testing, piloting, documentation, monitoring, and implementation planning for new IAM services. · Research, design, and advocate new IAM-related technologies, architectures, and security products. · Contribute to the development of IAM integration roadmaps with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow to align with ITIL best practices. · Perform application administration duties including upgrades, security updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring. · Troubleshoot technical issues involving IAM platforms and related infrastructure components such as SQL Server. · Develop documentation including design specifications, admin guides, and user training materials. · Independently manage day-to-day project implementation activities and collaborate with delivery teams. · Coordinate and report on planning and production activities for IAM project delivery tasks. · Identify and implement improvements to internal delivery processes and practices. Qualifications: · Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote-first environment. · 3–5 years of experience supporting IAM solutions, including hands-on development and maintenance with technologies such as Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL. · Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes. · Experience developing APIs for access policies, access requests, and integrations with external applications. · Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM administration. · Demonstrated ability to design and implement IAM workflows, forms, rules, and reports. · Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. · Solid understanding of agile software development, CI/CD practices, and secure coding standards. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. · Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. · Eagerness to continuously expand technical expertise and share knowledge with peers.
