We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Delivery AMER team in Canada. This role is remote‑based within Canada, with travel required for project site visits. Job Responsibilities Review key contracts, identify Owner deliverables, and prepare deliverable overview. Merge project schedules and perform regular schedule updates and analysis. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports including tracking and analysis KPIs. Set up progress tracking sheets for Management team. Facilitate monthly updates of risk and opportunities with key project team members. Update contractual milestones in our Power BI system monthly. Set-up and maintain data room. Track timely document submittals from subcontractors including as-built documentation. Track change orders and notices, major invoices, and insurance claims, as needed. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and effective presentations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field; PMP a plus. 2-5 years of working proven experience in handing projects in an international environment. Proven track record of successful experience in both development and construction management of renewable energy projects. Prior experience working on wind and/or solar energy projects is essential for this role. Proficient user of MS Office suite, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project. Understanding of key commercial contracts & insurance plans. Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s license in their state of residence. Fluency in English is required for this position, as the role operates in a global environment and involves daily collaboration with regional and international teams, senior stakeholders, and partners across multiple countries. Ownership: Commitment to driving tasks to completion, with the ability to seek guidance or assistance in prioritization when necessary. This is a remote role (Ontario or Québec preferred) with onsite project visits as required. The proposed salary range for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 CAD. Physical requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
