Our team currently includes seven family physicians, supported by a family practice nurse, experienced administrative staff, and two on-site general surgeons. We operate on a patient-centered, team-based model where each patient is attached to a dedicated family doctor to ensure continuity of care. Providers work closely together to support one another and maintain seamless coverage when needed. Same-day urgent appointments, shared evening clinics, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration are core to how we deliver accessible, high-quality care. Our clinic offers a broad scope of in-office procedures and encourages physicians to pursue additional clinical interests outside the office, including hospital work, sports medicine, long-term care, emergency medicine, and prenatal care. We foster a supportive environment with informal consults, team communication channels, and ongoing learning opportunities, making this an ideal setting for both experienced physicians and new graduates. Cole Harbour Family Medicine is seeking two family physicians to join our growing team. This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong team support within a well-established clinic. Physicians have the option to build their own patient panel through a combination of inherited patients, the provincial waitlist, or by bringing an existing practice. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
