Our client, a leading organization focused on Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement and operational excellence, is seeking a Business Consultant - Business Discovery & Optimization. This role will drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging business analysis, process engineering, and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and client/employee experience. The position involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, designing future‑state processes, and supporting transformation initiatives across the organization.
