Role Description Responsibilities Own major areas of the product, end to end, across React and PHP Make architectural decisions that affect performance, maintainability, and user experience Lead code review and contribute to technical direction Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the live production system Mentor more junior engineers and help raise the team’s overall bar Qualifications Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design Experience with performance and core web vitals Experience with at least one server-side language (PHP preferred) and willingness to work across the stack Comfort with database design and SQL Track record of shipping production software to real users and supporting it over time Sound judgment about when to reach for a library and when to write something yourself A habit of learning, tinkering, and revisiting your own assumptions Experience with version control (Git) Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) or containerization (Docker) Experience using AI tools as part of a coding workflow Benefits Comprehensive health, wellness, and dental benefits package.
