The Role We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, developing pipeline, and closing new business. You will own the full sales cycle and be accountable for revenue growth within your assigned territory, with strong internal support for technical demonstrations and proposals. What You’ll Do Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including discovery, solution positioning, and contract negotiation. Develop and execute plans to generate new business within municipalities and public‑sector agencies. Identify client challenges and position our software and services as strategic solutions. Partner with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM discipline. Represent the company at industry events, campaigns, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with leadership on go‑to‑market strategy, account planning, and revenue growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and achieving sales targets Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing quota‑based performance Strong communication skills with a consultative, relationship‑driven approach Motivated by results and commission‑based compensation Experience selling to public‑sector organizations is an asset, but not required Compensation Competitive base salary plus commission Quarterly payouts Accelerators for exceeding targets OTE discussed during the interview process #J-18808-Ljbffr
