A career as a Senior Artificial Intelligence scientist on the AI Factory team at National Bank means playing a key role in evaluating, optimising and monitoring the performance of AI models, including generative AI models. This position allows you to have a direct impact on the robustness and relevance of solutions thanks to your expertise in fine-tuning, prompt engineering and model monitoring. Responsibilities Assess the performance of AI models using advanced metrics and specialised tools. Fine-tune and optimise models to meet banking use cases. Design and improve prompts for generative AI models. Implement monitoring systems to ensure the quality and stability of models in production. Collaborate with teams of analysts and developers to effectively integrate models into technology solutions. Participate in technology monitoring and disseminate AI best practices within the organization. Prerequisites Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, artificial intelligence or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or AI model development. Proficiency in Python and artificial intelligence libraries. Experience with cloud environments and automation tools such as Terraform.
