The R&CC team is currently seeking a full-time Business System Analyst to work in the Operations Pod supporting the Enterprise Permission Centre (EPC) application. EPC is the primary application used by Canadian and US TD employees and customers to easily update and access customer and contact permissions information, and helps enable TD to contact customers for marketing, research, and customer service opportunities in alignment with regulatory regulations. EPC is comprised of a web/customer-facing public site as well as an employee-facing internal site. Its technology stack includes an Oracle database, a GUI front-end, DB2, a batch suite of jobs, and two APIs.The Operations Pod supports the stability and resiliency of the EPC application and is actively involved in helping its vendors and partners send/receive critical data.If you have an engineering mindset and a passion for deeply engaging with Journey partners to fully understand and drive forward their goals, then the Core Platform's R&CC Business Systems Analyst team is the place for you!**Primary Purpose of the Role**As a key member of the R&CC Operations Pod, you will:* Develop deep knowledge of business objectives and values alongside application capabilities to ensure technology delivery aligns with business strategic direction.* Facilitate Pod Intake Triage meetings and ensure Pod readiness for each program increment/sprint to refine/concisely and accurately document requirements for change, assist to story-point, prioritize and assign intakes and create acceptance criteria, DOR and DOD.* Identify dependencies, engage and track all internal and external partners and vendors throughout the Feature lifecycle, ensuring all parties align to gating requirements and delivery milestones.* Participate in triage of Audit and Application Security requests and Findings including assignment and tracking of issues to completion via Archer tool.* Assist Pod Scrum Master to maintain JIRA board, create and assign JIRA Epics/Stories/Tasks, plan and organize system changes and track all JIRA issues to completion.* Act on partner requests (e.g. data mining/data changes) and follow-ups for information and enhancements to support Journey-sponsored and Infrastructure initiatives.* Work in close collaboration with Journey partners, Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and Vendors to drive clarity, test at all points in the Feature lifecycle, and support deployment.* Lead Vendor relationship management, facilitate communication and proactively resolve issues.* Activity seek opportunities to gain efficiencies via automation initiatives.**Experience and / or Education****Required*** Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate* 6–8 years of experience as a BSA or similar hybrid Business Analyst/System Analyst role.* Advanced understanding of Distributed application capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
