Sales Manager – Airside Division Location: GTA We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Airside Division, overseeing both outside and inside sales teams (~20 people). This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing team capability, and strengthening customer relationships across the HVAC airside market. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation (C.E.T. or equivalent in Mechanical/Engineering Technology preferred) and proven leadership experience within HVAC, mechanical, or building systems environments. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a combined inside and outside sales team (~20 staff) Drive sales performance, territory growth, and key account development across the airside portfolio Support complex technical sales involving engineers, contractors, and consultants Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting discipline Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure execution Qualifications C.E.T. designation or equivalent technical education (Mechanical/Engineering Technology preferred) Strong HVAC or mechanical systems background, ideally with airside product exposure 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including team leadershipExperience managing both inside and outside sales teams preferred Strong technical aptitude and ability to support engineered solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
