JOB DESCRIPTION As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you will provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest, representing the brand and our values while fostering brand loyalty. Your Responsibilities Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they need. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Adapt to various zones: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist team members to accomplish daily objectives. Act with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures. You are available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 18 years of age.
