Requirements & Qualifications Education: Teacher certification by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools is required. Faith Requirement: Applicants must be Christian and must agree with RCOA’s Statement of Faith. Church Participation: This role requires the employee to affirm and support RCAS’s Christian beliefs and actively participate in a Christian church community. Experience: Experience and education related to working with students in Online Learning is an asset but not required.
