Job Description We are seeking an intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Operations team in the management of Groupe Accueil’s daily activities. Responsibilities: Processing certain customer service requests using the Building Stack software; Receiving, reviewing, and following up on tenant requests and complaints; Assisting with the coordination of repair work with contractors and suppliers; Contribute to the monitoring and follow-up of maintenance and upkeep activities for properties within the portfolio. Updating various tracking lists and administrative tools; Assisting with the follow-up of insurance claims and litigation files; Opening purchase orders; Supporting the processing and verification of invoices; Assisting the team with any other related administrative tasks, as needed. Ideal Candidate: Position intended for a final-year student , preferably in business administration or a related field; Fluency in both French and English , spoken and written; Strong sense of initiative and responsibility; Team-oriented mindset with solid interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Comfortable working with technology and common software tools; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive). *A permanent employment opportunity may be considered upon completion of the internship , based on performance and organizational needs.
