Job Summary Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. As a highly certified professional instructor you will deliver high quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment. Job Responsibilities Supervise a group of children, adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and all duties assigned by the Program Supervisor. Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrain. Develop advanced skiers and riders to reach their next level goals. Work with advanced season‑long programs and athlete development. Lead sessions and instructor‑development programs. Follow the guidelines and safety rules as outlined in the Safety Manual. Be responsible for your own safety and that of the guests. Act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parent. Attend all mandatory training sessions. Be familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times. Assist in other departments as needed throughout the season. Job Requirements Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS or foreign equivalent. Certified Course Conductor is an asset. Fluent in multiple languages is an asset. Experience working with children and families is essential. Experience teaching advanced lessons. Patience and ability to have lots of fun.
