Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers. Defining, building, implementing and monitoring a sales plan, including sales strategies, targets and priorities. Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with suppliers to execute the plans. Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels. Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations and AR adjustments within set rules. Qualifications College diploma or degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful roofing sales experience. Valid driver's license. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving ability and competence in handling difficult situations. Authorized to work in Canada. Ability to travel.
