Senior Marketing Manager The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal, hand‑on role in leading brand storytelling, directing campaign execution, and guiding digital performance initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, eCommerce, customer experience, and creative partners, this role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership. Key Responsibilities Digital & Performance Marketing Leadership Lead the evolution of the company’s digital presence. Direct content planning across social, email, and digital channels. Lead hands‑on marketing execution within a Magento‑based eCommerce environment. Direct optimization efforts based on KPIs and analytics. Direct external agencies across paid media and SEO/SEM. Lead CRO initiatives using A/B testing and UX insights. Brand & Campaign Leadership Lead national marketing campaigns across digital channels and galleries. Direct designer‑focused programs and brand initiatives. Own campaign calendars, creative briefs, and brand guidelines. Lead post‑campaign reviews and strategic recommendations. Content & Storytelling Lead translation of product launches into compelling narratives. Direct creation of photography, video, and editorial content. Oversee centralized content libraries. Partner closely with senior leadership on brand direction. Work cross‑functionally with sales and operations. Lead vendor and agency relationships. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 7+ years of marketing experience. Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives. Strong storytelling and luxury brand sensibility. Experience with Magento or similar CMS. Performance marketing and analytics knowledge. Enjoys working onsite in a creative environment.
