Your Impact Lead and review hydrogeological investigations, data analysis, and reporting for infrastructure, transportation, and land development projects. Apply advanced knowledge of groundwater-surface water interactions, aquifer performance testing, and water balance assessments. Ensure technical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards in all deliverables. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects. Develop proposals, conceptual site models, and technical strategies for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business development initiatives. Mentor and coach intermediate and junior professionals to foster growth and technical expertise. Represent WSP in client meetings, industry forums, and technical conferences. The Skills That Set You Apart Degree in Hydrogeology, Geological Engineering, Geosciences, or related discipline. Ontario P.Eng. or P.Geo. license (or eligibility). 15+ years of consulting experience with expertise in hydrogeological principles and project delivery. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects. Strong business acumen with experience in client development and proposal preparation.
