We’re looking for a Maximizer CRM Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team . Reporting to the Head of Professional Services , the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for delivering CRM implementations for clients in the Canadian Insurance and Wealth Advisory industries. This role combines business consulting, CRM configuration, and client-facing project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes, translate requirements into CRM solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Maximizer platform. This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time position . What you’ll do: Lead CRM implementation projects for clients in the Canadian Insurance and Wealth Advisory sectors Conduct discovery sessions to understand client sales, advisory, and client management processes Translate business requirements into CRM configurations, workflows, and integrations within Maximizer Configure CRM environments including pipelines, automation, reporting, and data structures Provide client training, onboarding, and best-practice guidance to drive CRM adoption Support data migration and integration with other financial services technology platforms Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure project success Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on CRM strategy, sales process design, and system optimization What you’ll bring: Significant experience working within the Canadian Insurance and Wealth Advisory industry Demonstrated experience delivering CRM implementations or CRM consulting engagements Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems Ability to translate business processes into CRM workflows, automation, and reporting structures Experience facilitating client discovery workshops and gathering business requirements Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills Comfortable working independently in a client-facing consulting role Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with financial advisory technology ecosystems (KYC, compliance, portfolio management systems, etc.) Experience supporting CRM adoption within sales or advisory teams Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, or data migration projects Consulting or professional services experience in a SaaS environment Fluency in both English and French is desirable, but not French is not a requirement Why you should apply: Competitive Salaries with RRSP matching program Generous paid vacay and sick days Budget for courses, books, and personal development ❤️ Peer to peer recognition and rewards Team building events, happy hours, and off-sites About Maximizer Maximizer was launched in a garage on Vancouver Island in 1987, evolving through the development of early contact management systems (CMS), through sales force automation (SFA) technologies, right to today’s sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
