Design robust, scalable, and secure GCP architectures tailored to business requirements. Lead the migration of applications, databases, and workloads from on-premises and Azure environments to GCP. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless migration and integration. Conduct solution assessments, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for cloud adoption. Develop automation scripts, migration plans, and proof‑of‑concept solutions as required with expertise in Python, Terraform, and PowerShell. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the migration lifecycle. Document solution architectures, migration approaches, and operational processes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong background in software/application development. Hands‑on expertise with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, BigQuery, etc.). Extensive experience in migrating workloads from on‑premises and Azure to GCP. Strong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, security, and automation tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager, etc.). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Relevant GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) preferred. Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
