Description We’re looking for aPackaging Design Managerwho is passionate about beauty, obsessed with the details, and excited to shape how our products show up on shelf and in consumers’ hands. This role will oversee the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of packaging across the Not Your Mother’s portfolio, ensuring every product reflects the brand’s visual identity while meeting production, regulatory, and retail requirements.Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will partner closely with Innovation, Marketing, Product Experience, and Creative Operations to bring new launches to life while evolving our existing packaging ecosystem.
