Reporting to the Financial Markets and Treasury Payments Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations related to NY international payments activities. Work schedules include work from home (60%) and on‑site work (40%). Responsibilities Analyze and process complex payment files, execute transactions, prepare payment offers and follow up with the various parties. Using the tools/systems in place, carry out the required transactions while ensuring that deadlines and deadlines related to operations are respected. Perform control activities on the integrity of information processed according to the standards and policies in force, ensure the accuracy of payments related to transactions under your responsibility (be accountable for activities under your responsibility). Master the information related to its end‑to‑end business process. Act as a resource person for internal and/or external auditors and stakeholders (financial markets / NY). Identify opportunities for standardization and improvement of existing processes. Required Skills Holder of a college diploma or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent. Propensity to provide fast and efficient customer service. Knowledge of the Office suite. Great ability to work under pressure, versatility, meticulousness and rigor. Experience in banking industry. Understanding and experience in payment and treasury activities, such as international wire transfers. Knowledge of Swift (SAA), Murex and Fiserv systems and applications.
