Responsibility Provide day‑to‑day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions. Proper maintenance of personal information in P‑File and payroll system. Payroll processing using payroll system and generate all relevant reports. Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation. Liaise with government agencies when necessary. Handling grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline. Off‑boarding – manage employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interview. Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation. Actively advertise job vacancies on various platforms. Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other duties as assigned. Hands‑on knowledge in using Microsoft Excel & Word. Knowledge of full spectrum HR & administrative functions in F&B industries is an advantage. Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Requirements O’Level & Diploma or equivalent. Experience in HR and administrative function – 5 years of working experience. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with associates/clients. Willing to learn and adapt faster.
