Work Arrangements Physicians can choose to work at 0.5 FTE or up to 1.0 FTE by combining geriatric care with other community opportunities such as shifts at the Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC), Family Practice Oncology, Emergency Room, Surgical Assists, OAT clinic, and short-term locums.
