What You Can Expect To Do Here Lead and manage complex municipal or highway capital construction projects. Act as the key liaison between contractors, clients, design teams, utility companies, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Oversee all contract administration deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate execution that exceeds client expectations. Negotiate contractual matters including pricing agreements, change orders, and claims. Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, guiding inspectors and ensuring quality delivery. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 4 MTO or equivalent municipal contracts administered, including 2 projects valued at $20M+. Graduate of a Civil Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering university program. Certified by OACETT with the RCCA designation or registered with PEO as a P.Eng. (required). Strong communication skills—written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Solid understanding of OPS standards, drawings, and legislative requirements for road and highway construction. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and quality assurance practices.
