What your team does: The Global Mobility team designs and builds the infrastructure that enables our talent to move seamlessly across borders. By balancing strategic program design with a high‑touch employee experience, we navigate the complexities of global immigration, tax, and talent mobility to ensure our people can thrive wherever Clio needs them. What you’ll work on: Architect Clio’s global mobility framework, drafting policies, defining Tier packages, and creating standardized workflows for North American and international moves. Act as the sole point of contact for relocating employees, providing full‑cycle support—from cost projections and tax implications to logistics of household goods, temporary housing, and more—while elevating employee experience. Manage day‑to‑day immigration filings and tracking of visas and work permits; recommend optimal pathways, gather documentation, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate with external counsel. Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition, educating the business on mobility timelines, eligibility and cost impact, and maintaining compliance audits against global labor laws. Own Clio’s global mobility vendor ecosystem (immigration counsel, tax consultants, movers, destination service providers), auditing service delivery against SLAs and leading business reviews. Coordinate with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate tax withholding, shadow payroll setup, and reporting of relocation‑related expenses. Build a best‑in‑class experience for moving employees by creating onboarding guides and resources that simplify transitions to new country or region. Track mobility data, report on program spend, volume and “time‑to‑start” metrics to demonstrate function impact. What you may have: 5‑7+ years in Global Mobility, International HR, or Tax/Immigration consulting. Global Mobility certification (GMS, GMS‑T, CGMP) is an asset. Experience designing, scaling, and managing end‑to‑end global mobility programs in high‑growth tech or global enterprise environments. Deep subject‑matter expertise of Canadian, U.S., and international immigration categories (LMIA, H‑1B, L‑1, etc.). Strong understanding of global tax principles including tax equalization, shadow payroll and cross‑border social security and totalization agreements. Experience managing complex global assignments and relocations. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in a fast‑paced tech or high‑growth environment. Ability to thrive in a builder environment, rolling up sleeves to execute while architecting scalable, sustainable programs. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this role is $110,000–$165,000 CAD. Separate bands apply for other regions based on local currency. Competitive, equitable salary with top‑tier health, dental and vision insurance. Hybrid work environment; local office attendance (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, Sydney) at least twice per week. Flexible time‑off policy with an encouraged 20 days off per year. $2,000 annual counseling benefit. RRSP matching and RESP contribution. Clioversary recognition program at 3, 5, 7 and 10 years. Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIBE) & Accessibility Clio is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. We pride ourselves on building an environment where teams feel included, valued and enabled to do their best work. Accessibility accommodations are provided during the recruitment process; please let us know if you require accommodations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
