The opportunity EY is looking for an Account Executive to support the strong growth of our ServiceNow platform which includes both Professional Services & Software. This is a key sales role within the organization where you will be building on customer relationships and expanding the use of ServiceNow within our existing and prospective clients. At EY, our ServiceNow practice is focused on helping clients accelerate their digital transformations. This role isn’t about selling technology but more about how EY can help deliver against customer business problems through process improvements and related services focused around the ServiceNow platform and its various modules and capabilities. As an Account Executive, you will identify new business opportunities among existing customers through understanding of their needs and leveraging all the capabilities and skills EY has to offer. We have business and technology subject matter experts in all areas (HR, Finance, Customer Service Management, Governance / Risk / Compliance, Security, Asset Management and many more) that you will leverage to offer best‑in‑class solutions to our clients. You will also act as a critical pillar of EY’s Customer Success approach by being part of the larger team working with our Professional Services Delivery Team. Your Key Responsibilities Engage existing customers and prospect new opportunities to present Professional Solution Offerings Drive new business with focused strategies targeting key accounts and contacts Manage key contact relationships and opportunities in flight with existing customers Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters including engaging with internal team members that may be supporting your account in other areas. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Facilitate contract negotiations and close software & Professional Services sales agreements Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Skills And Attributes For Success Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level Experience delivering client‑focused solutions aligned to customer current and future needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities To qualify for the role you must have 10+ years of experience selling software solutions and professional services Experience creating tailored holistic solutions that go beyond software implementation BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field Ideally, you’ll also have Knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar software knowledge What We Look For A leader who connects technology, trust, and growth—turning client challenges into scalable outcomes. EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
