Conduct data mapping and analysis to support system integration efforts. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project delivery. Create structured plans and roadmaps (“plan for a plan”) to guide sequencing and execution. Navigate complex legacy systems (“peeling the layers of spaghetti”) to identify dependencies and integration points. Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage expectations across cross-functional teams and leadership. Support process navigation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance. Provide domain and functional expertise in standard banking operations and technology. Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Proven experience in banking domain; experience with City National Bank is a strong asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
