Overview Brandt is currently seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Ottawa Construction & Forestry location. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling heavy equipment parts and service, as well as providing after‑sales support to new and existing customers. That’s Powerful Value, Delivered. What You Will Be Responsible For Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and satisfaction. Assist the Parts & Service departments to improve profitability and performance. Regularly prospect and cold‑call new accounts about promotions and programs. Implement a yearly territory plan, including a customer target list, to maximize sales potential. Visit customers in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) at least once per month. Keep customers current on new products and services. Develop prospective customers with a goal of two per month. Follow up with customers on unit and machine performance. Maintain and utilize database records for each customer, including sales meetings, opportunities, quotes, notes, and other documentation. Work cooperatively with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand the customer base through new marketing strategies. Gather competitive product and pricing information and provide it to management. Participate in all required training and development opportunities. Follow up on customer concerns and communicate effectively with the appropriate Management Team. Maintain cleanliness, scheduled maintenance, and inventory for the company vehicle.
