Job Description We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer who will actively contribute to the creative and strategic vision of our collections. This individual will not only create designs but also conceptualize, analyze, and propose products that align with the brand’s DNA and customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES Design innovative products that align with ORAKI’s brand identity Actively monitor trends, the market, and innovations in design and textiles Contribute to strategic product planning by incorporating a deep understanding of the target customer Create detailed sketches in Adobe Illustrator for presentations and technical documentation Ensure quality control of products in development and production Develop collection concepts, including colours, materials, and silhouettes Collaborate with the team on the creation of exclusive fabrics Participate in the integration of customer data and analytical tools into the design process (purchasing behaviour, feedback, trends) Create and maintain comprehensive and rigorous technical files Monitor product development with the production team Ensure the aesthetic and quality consistency of products in production Contribute to the brand’s overall image and the evolution of its visual language Qualifications Degree in fashion design, industrial design, or equivalent 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry Excellent technical knowledge of garment and accessory manufacturing Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Google Sheets Strong product sense and ability to create pieces that are aesthetic, functional, and marketable Strong interest in customer analysis, data, and new technologies (including AI) applied to design Ability to translate insights into tangible products Creative mindset, yet structured and results-oriented Passion for manufacturing, well-crafted products, and quality Self-reliance, attention to detail, and excellent prioritization skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present ideas Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to propose concrete solutions Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written TO APPLY Please send your portfolio (online or as a PDF) along with your resume to Subject: APPLICATION – Senior Fashion Illustrator #J-18808-Ljbffr
