Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, the Compensation Analyst acts as a key partner in the analysis, evolution and maintenance of compensation programs for our Canada, U.S. and U.K. offices. The role combines an advisory dimension (salary recommendations, market monitoring) and an operational dimension (strong analytical component, systems, cycles). Your day will look like this: Analyze compensation programs and make recommendations to ensure competitiveness Carry out salary positioning analyses (hiring, promotion, adjustments) Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements (Canada, United States, Europe) Coordinate activities related to job evaluation, salary structures and maintenance of the classification system Take charge of follow‑ups related to the Pay Equity Act Actively participate in annual cycles (salary review, bonus, workforce planning) Produce budget analyses and cost projections Produce advanced analytics and dashboards to support decision‑making Maintain salary structures and data in HRIS in collaboration with the HRIS Analyst Support cycle configuration and users Perform data audits and contribute to continuous improvement Participate in salary surveys and analyze results Your profile: Bilingual: French & English Bachelor's degree in HR, administration or related field; 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation; Excellent analytical skills; Advanced proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of compensation practices; Experience with an HRIS an asset; Autonomy, rigor and sense of judgment; Strong synthesis and problem‑solving skills; Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion; Ability to make relevant recommendations.
