The Day-to-Day Architect Privacy Strategy: Lead the charge in developing and executing Docebo’s global privacy and data protection strategy, ensuring privacy-by-design is a fundamental part of the product lifecycle. Navigate the Regulatory Map: Monitor and interpret complex global laws like GDPR and CCPA, translating them into clear, actionable roadmaps for our Product and Engineering squads. Scale the Program: Drive the evolution of our privacy program by managing DPIAs, data subject rights, and implementing sophisticated data protection controls. Champion Product Innovation: Provide real-time, risk-based guidance on data collection and new feature development to help our teams ship world-class tools safely. Negotiate with Impact: Review and refine data protection terms in customer and vendor agreements, acting as the bridge between legal requirements and SaaS business goals.
