As an Account Executive, you will provide professional and ethical representation of Konica Minolta Business Solutions to the office product & services marketplace and serve as a brand ambassador to current and potential customers. Qualifications A university or college degree. 0–2 years of sales experience. Previous B2B sales exposure considered an asset. Valid driver’s license. Strong business acumen and presence. Confident and assertive. Consultative selling style. Organized and priority‑based. High level of professionalism and integrity. Resiliency and accountability. Focus on customer experience. Problem‑solving mindset. Love for technology. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of independence. Compensation Range Compensation Range: $46,850.74 – $58,562.80 annually plus commissions and non‑discretionary incentives. The exact base pay offered will vary based on a candidate’s skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, geographic location, and specific business needs.
