The Opportunity Own the Contractor Experience Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including contractor documentation, compliance, and first‑day readiness Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for all new assignments Conduct structured check‑ins at Day 5, Day 30, and Day 90 to ensure engagement and performance alignment Drive Lifecycle Management & Retention Proactively track assignment timelines and key milestones across all active contractors Initiate extension conversations 60 days prior to assignment end dates Partner with clients, MSP/VMS stakeholders, and internal teams to secure contract extensions Coordinate and manage all extension‑related documentation and approvals Own Offboarding & Redeployment Lead structured end‑of‑assignment processes, including exit coordination Hiring manager references Resume updates Proactively market active and exiting contractors to internal opportunities Partner with recruiters to drive redeployment outcomes and minimize contractor downtime Operate as a Central Hub Act as the primary point of coordination across Contractors Recruiters Account Managers Payroll & Compliance teams Client hiring managers MSP/VMS partners Ensure all lifecycle activities are accurately tracked and documented within systems Performance & Success Metrics You will be measured on a combination of operational excellence and outcome‑driven performance, including: Onboarding accuracy and compliance Completion and documentation of contractor check‑ins (5/30/90) Timely execution of extension and offboarding processes (within 60 days of end date) Contractor extension rates Contractor redeployment outcomes This role includes variable compensation tied directly to extension and redeployment performance.
