Responsibilities Produce and send invoices to clients, process and deposit receivables, maintain client databases and track accounts to oversee the invoicing workflow. Manage overdue client accounts and send payment reminders. Manage, gather and enter various data used to set revenue & expenditure targets. Produce various reports such as employee logged hour reports & financial reports. Monitor employee training requirements and schedule training when required. Perform hiring duties such as managing job postings, screening candidates and scheduling interviews. Manage and update company website as needed. Coordinate with IT when office technology malfunctions or needs to be replaced/upgraded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
