Role We are seeking aSenior Product Managerto lead the strategy, development, and delivery of SGA’s AI-powered agricultural products. In this role, you will work closely withleadership, AI engineers, developers, business teams, and clientsto ensure our products deliver measurable impact for farmers, insurers, and the global agriculture sector. You will play a pivotal role inshaping product vision, design, and user experience , while prioritizing features and driving execution in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Define product vision and strategyaligned with SGA’s mission to transform agriculture with AI. Own the full product lifecycle —from product design and UI/UX to feature prioritization, trade-off management, and on-time delivery of high-impact solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams(clients, AI engineers, GIS specialists, mobile/web developers, sales, and leadership) to turn ideas into products. Gather and analyze feedbackfrom customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate needs and inform product decisions. Translate technical capabilitiesinto clear, compelling value propositions for agricultural and insurance users. Oversee product launches , including go-to-market planning, client training, and adoption support. Monitor product performance and usage metrics , iterating quickly to improve outcomes. Stay informed onindustry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologiesto ensure SGA remains ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field . 5+ years of product management experience , ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, AgTech, or enterprise software. Proven successmanaging full product lifecyclesfrom concept to launch. Strong technical background or proven ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML and engineering teams. Excellentstrategic thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills . Skilled incustomer discovery, requirements gathering, and translating needs into product features . Experience withAgTech, geospatial systems, or AI-driven productsis a strong asset. Exceptionalcommunication and leadership skills ; comfortable working with executives, engineers, and external partners. Ability to thrive in afast-paced startup environment , balancing long-term vision with rapid execution.
