A strong opportunity to lead, influence, and grow with a fast growing organization. What You’ll Do: Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiations. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Prepare and distribute regular project status reports. Provide mentorship to the Project team. What We’re Looking For: 8-15 years of experience in construction project management (commercial or institutional). Experience managing projects from $20 million to $100 million+. Diploma or degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience coaching and mentoring a project team is desirable. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Familiarity with construction principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Experience with MS Schedule and Procore is considered an asset. Highrise project experience is an added advantage.
