Role Summary Senior Manager, PMO Analytics, is responsible for architecting and operating the Digital Technology Single Pane of Glass (SPoG) ecosystem that provides the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with integrated, real‑time visibility across Portfolio, Demand, Capacity, Financials, Workforce, and Risk domains. This role serves as the analytics backbone of the PMO, transforming fragmented enterprise data into cohesive, executive‑ready intelligence that enables strategic prioritization, investment trade‑offs, and operational performance management. What will your day‑to‑day look like? Design, build, and maintain integrated executive dashboards spanning Portfolio health, milestone adherence, risk heatmaps, delivery performance, and benefits realization. Develop sophisticated Power BI models using advanced DAX, data modelling, and cross‑system integration. Integrate data from Planview, JIRA, ERP, HR systems, and cyber platforms into a harmonised analytics framework. Conduct complex quantitative analysis: capacity vs. demand optimisation, scenario modelling for prioritisation, portfolio throughput analysis, forecast variance and trend analysis, and predictive risk indicators. Establish standardised KPI frameworks and data governance across domains. Evangelise the use of AI within PMO processes and reporting. Prepare and animate strategic exchanges with the executive team. Translate complex data into concise executive narratives. Proactively identify insights, risks, and performance inflection points. Enable data‑driven prioritisation decisions within governance forums. Responsibilities Develop advanced analytical models in data‑visualisation tools (advanced formulas, modelling, integration). Integrate data from different organisational systems (project management, finance, HR, cyber security).
