Salary: $115,000 to $140,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Artificial intelligence‑based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process. Responsibilities Be responsible for all aspects of food services and operations including budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, and maintaining both client and Compass standards. Manage the partnership onsite, build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Assure quality control procedures are monitored, maintained, and established operating practices are strictly followed. Ensure seamless operations of day‑to‑day services consistently run in an exemplary fashion. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning and directing a food services operation, within a multi‑unit commercial establishment or institution. Post‑secondary degree/diploma in Hospitality and/or Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management. Experience managing a unionized environment. Strong commitment to customer service, employee development, and relationship building. Successful track record of handling large, complex projects. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and coordination skills. Solid experience in developing strategic plans.
