About The Team The Product Builder, Orchestration is the product voice behind the system that enables personalization in real time. It decides for each member what appears when they open Life360 based on available signals and constraints. About The Job You will be a core contributor to the Orchestrator layer – the real‑time, contextual decisioning system that assembles Life360’s interface dynamically. You will accelerate and shape its development, building a modular algorithmic content layer with a unified member data model, feedback loops, and measurable outcomes. You will also drive cross‑functional alignment to ensure the system serves company goals and member experience. What You’ll Do Orchestrator system design and roadmap. Partner with engineering, design, and data science to shape the real‑time layer that decides what each member sees per session and context. Measurement framework. Work with stakeholders to define the north‑star metric, driver metrics, and objective function that guide every decision and ensure the framework evolves with business context. Content ingestion architecture. Define how partner teams contribute to the Orchestrator without competing for fixed placements and drive alignment for a shared model. Member context model. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and partners to define signals and profile data that power real‑time decisioning. Delivery surfaces and content templates. Ensure the Orchestrator delivers content effectively across existing in‑app UI patterns and flag gaps where new templates or surfaces are needed. Feedback loops. Contribute to how engagement and display data flow back upstream to improve decisioning over time. Stakeholder operating model. Translate competing priorities into weighted inputs for a shared system and evangelize the Orchestrator to partner teams. What We’re Looking For Systems Expertise Built or redesigned a personalization or content orchestration system beyond shipping features on top of one, with ML‑driven ranking and modular UI architecture. Fluent in signals, weights, feedback loops, and evaluating indirect system performance. Organizational Muscle Fixed‑placement resource allocation problem solved, moving stakeholder conversations from ownership to value without losing relationships. AI‑Native — Hard Requirement Operate within a semi‑autonomous AI workflow, managing direction and judgment points. Own AI‑driven execution across product lifecycle: research synthesis, spec drafting, experiment analysis, status reporting, and strategy. Vision Instinct Have a point of view on content ingestion architecture and end‑user experience, driving initiatives that produce significant company‑level impact. What Success Looks Like 3 Months Shared mental model of the Orchestrator across partner teams company‑wide, including measurement framework alignment and first modular content layer in production. 6 Months Operating Orchestrator with measurable lift in engagement and action rate, unified ingestion model, and feedback loop to the Composer lifecycle. 1 Year Every member experiences personalized, context‑relevant Life360; the Orchestrator delivers a unique interface per session.
