Position Summary The Fashion Department Manager will provide customer service by leading other fashion associates and participating in the daily activities across all fashion departments including completion of modulars, merchandising non‑modular areas, completing price changes and maintaining accurate PI, all while providing a clean and safe sales floor and backroom area. This will be accomplished by maintaining merchandising standards, accurate modular integrity and accurate signage across all fashion departments. This Associate functions as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions, and will take the lead role in executing all seasonal guide sets and features. What You Will Do Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and helping them make purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Assigning associates to areas of apparel and shoes in partnership with the respective salaried Manager. Ensuring modular completion and merchandising non‑modular and non‑basic items for fashion and shoes along with completing price changes and PI exceptions and ensuring all correct signage is in place. Processing, stocking, and zoning modular items and setting features. Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary while using proper signage holders as the modular dictates (e.g., beanies). Replenishing and merchandising seasonal merchandise in a timely manner. Providing training, coaching and offering feedback to associates. Contributing to a safe, clean and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including completion of safety sweeps and securing fixtures. Compensation Minimum rate of pay starts at $19.85. Minimum Qualifications Age – 16 or older.
